trip to nashville.

so the old man turned the big 30..and we celebrated with a feast at the house with a delivery of frankenstein cookies as a surprise,

followed by a 3 day trip to nashville,

here is a instagram tour of our great trip..

most important things first...starbucks and the rental car.

then it was stopping by outlets and thrift stores on the short drive there..

then we stopped at Sugars Ribs in Chattanooga for some of the best bbq i have ever had..
and there were goats behind Sugars trying to get a snack from us.

we arrive at Union Station Hotel where we are staying and have an amazing view of the trains passing by and a glorious king size bed..

we stayed in our first night and ordered all the room service we could and watched Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Pt1 on demand..

after a wonderful nights sleep The Frothy Monkey was our first stop before shopping began..
great setting, great coffee, great edibles..we will be back..

next on the list was visiting imogene + willie which i had been wanting to do for the past year now, the experience was nothing short of perfect. we spent a good few hours in the shop meeting the staff and trying on denim, we both left with jeans tailored for each of us and a list of where to eat and go next from the friendly staff, i encourage everyone to take a trip to meet these guys and check out what they're doing, i can't wait for our trip back,

down the street from imogene + willie we had to check out this store after seeing there sign outside, they had some pretty cool newer western wear and boots..

took a trip to green hills shopping center to visit Billy Reid and a few boutiques we had heard about from the folks at imogene + willie..

we wanted to go out our last night for a nice dinner and City House was highly recommended. from our margarita pizza appetizer to my bread gnocchi entree and dessert below the meal was perfect..

we enjoyed our last nights rest in our beautiful hotel room then stopped at one more cup of coffee and a bagel breakfast sandwich from The Frothy Monkey, (see our cute giraffe table marker below) before our drive back to atlanta..

i enjoyed our trip more than these phone photos can relay, the trip to nashville was perfect, only four hours away and i can't wait to return, hopefully next time with our business partners and a handful of our new business cards, making more friends, taking more pictures and eating more delicious food..thanks nashville.
